IVF Insemination Calculator is a simple spreadsheet (Excel File) that takes three inputs from users: Time of Trigger Shot , Number of OCC’s retrieved and Final Concentration of Prepared Semen Sample

For embryologist who are new to Embryology, IVF insemination can be very tricky especially with dynamic numbers of OCC’s and semen parameter on day of OPU.

IVF Insemination Calculator takes away the pain point for an embryologist by quickly calculating the inseminate volume based on certain input from Embryologist.

IVF Insemination Calculator is a simple spreadsheet (Excel File) that takes three inputs from users:

1. Time of Trigger Shot
2. Number of OCC’s retrieved
3. Final Concentration of Prepared Semen Sample

Based on these input, it auto calculates the following:

1. Ideal Time for IVF Insemination
2. Number of Center Well dishes needed for IVF Insemination
3. Number of OCC’s per dish and
4. Final Volume of inseminate per Dish *(For Center Well dish with 1 ml Fert Media overlayed with oil)
